A loaded tea menu with complimentary eats. The food reminded me of scaled down version of The Duck House both in selection and taste. The scallion pancake had a hint of oily aftertaste, but still good. The Beef Noodle soup was worthy, but kinda bland. The ample Spicy Wontons lacked that something, but were still satisfying. Lastly, the Popcorn Chicken was a hit and a generous portion. Not sure why it's served in a togo box though. In sum, good value. One of the co-owners was very nice, I hope she succeeds. The staff and clientele are young. The interior is not the most appealing, the exterior is unkept.
Pretty chill place, smart of them to attach the T4 franchise and have noodles. Noodles were good for me. Would come back again!
